Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in The Lenny Zakim Fund. Please take the time to read through these documents before you begin your application, as they contain helpful information regarding our grant making guidelines and procedures.

Applications are due by 5:00p on Friday, August 7, 2009. All documents must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY by this time to office@thelennyzakimfund.org. If you cannot submit via email, please call me to make arrangements. NO faxes or in person deliveries will be accepted.

There are two documents to be completed—the application and the budget addendum. Please read instructions on the first page of the application. Also, note that the budget is one Excel workbook with three worksheets. The first worksheet contains instructions. Both the second and third sheets must be completed.

ALL information is required unless otherwise noted. Applications that do not follow instructions will be counted as incomplete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
